Signal-to-noise and distortion ratio (SINAD) Wiki
SINAD is a receiver audio quality measurement that is typically used for mobile stations operating on an analog system, such as AMPS. It is the ratio of Signal+Noise+Distortion divided by Noise+Distortion, expressed in dB.
