This Testing Session will be held at the Dakota Division Convention and RRRA Hamfest. Testing will be done electronically. We will have a limited number of devices to use for testing. Please bring your own device to use for testing. Shortly after registration you will be sent a PayPal invoice for payment. Examination spots will be assigned in the order payments are received.
