This will be in the basement of the American Red Cross Building where the Bluegrass Amateur Radio Society "club shack" is located. Please park in the side lot or front lot, and enter on the East side of building down external stair well. where club banner is handing outside.

This session is electronically graded so turn around on new license or upgrades will be most likely be within 1 to2 business days compared to standard ARRL in person paper file sessions.

We unfortunately have to limit this session to no more than 12 people due to constraints of the building. So please register early, and if something changes please let me know prior to the test session so we can open your spot up for someone else.
