Test sessions are held at the Adams County EMA Office located in the West Union Municipal Building at 31 Logans Lane, West Union, Ohio, 45693. The EMA office entrance is at the lower level of the rear of the building, accessed by driving or walking down a small hill. Handicap parking available by the entrance door. Others will likely need to park in the lot on top of hill.
