Charlotte, NC - Salvation Army HQ Test Session

Upon registering, we need your name (exactly as it appears on your current amateur license if you have one (we can change it if your name has changed), if you have a current amateur license, we need your call sign and grade of license, your current address, your FRN number, the lst 4 digits of your ID (preferably your driver's license), and your phone number. The FCC also requires us to ask if you are a convicted felon...we don't need any details, just yes or no...a yes answer does NOT automatically disqualify you from obtaining an amateur license. Exam fees of $12.00 are to paid by cash only. Please bring your ID to the test session. If you currently have an amateur license please bring a SIGNED copy (not the original...you won't get it back) of your current license.
