First you will "Register" for your exam using the button below. Secondly, return here to process your exam fee payment.
After registering, you will receive an email with instructions, watch for it! Please check your SPAM or TRASH folder for possible misdirected emails about your test session.
ATTENTION: Free Youth Testing!!
W5YI Licensing Services now offers free testing for all youth 25 years of age or younger! Yes, you read that correct! Testing fees are covered for all 3 licenses classes, and for Technician applicants, they will also cover the $35 application fee! Subject to valid ID verification. If you are a youth registering to test, after completing registration, please send an email to Michael@W9ML.com, with your name and Youth Applicant, so your registration is confirmed.

You will receive an email with Zoom meeting information about 10 – 15 minutes before your exam start time.

Detailed Exam Instructions:
The Indiana Dunes Exam Team strives to make your exam as stress free and efficient, in a friendly, positive environment.
Our process employs rules for maintaining the integrity of the testing environment. Following these instructions closely will ensure that your test will be efficient and successful.
Plan on about 30 minutes for your exam session. In fact, well prepared applicants can be in and out in 15 - 20 minutes while, some sessions take longer if technology issues arise.
** IMPORTANT:** If applicant is under the age of 13, additional documentation is required. Please download and complete this COPPA FORM then scan and email it to coppa@examtools.org. Please ** BCC / COPY ** the same form to Michael@W9ML.com. This is for compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
