Please bring exact cash amount, Just $10 for intial test. A re-test will be $7.
Bring picture ID to prove you are YOU. Mailing address must match that on the Driver's License, if that's not available then bring a utility bill with your name on it with that mailing address. A PO Box needs to be verified by either its receipt or again, a utility bill to that address with your name on it.
If you're not of driving age, YOU MUST inform us 24 hours before the test and we'll need to get a parent's authorization form completed.
A calculator can be requested.
Tests will be done using our team-supplied tablets.
